black radish – This is a hardy over wintering radiwww.wordpress.orgsh. Delicious grated with sesame oil, hot pepper flakes and you could add a little tahini.
daikon – chop up and put in miso soup! I cut the tops off because they got hit by the cold.
horseradish – looks similar to the parsnip. those with green growth are parsnips. very spicy, a few slices goes along way!
